The Gift Of Celestial Slumber

IMG_3998Good Morning Shing Ones,

The last quarter of the year in the Living Attributes culture is known as the Festival of Angelic Light.

As we approach the gift of Christmas what becomes apparent is the absolute devotion of the beautiful accelerators of creation – the Angel Rays. They do indeed teach us the gift of bestowal. The word bestowal doesn’t even enter our vocabulary anymore, so no wonder we don’t fully understand what it means.

Bestowal means to honor or gift without any compensation this is what the Angels do, this is what they teach us to do. They are fully present to their role in the process of Creation and their only motivation is to serve in that divine process. As humans, we are also part of that divine plan, our service, and presence also aid in the Creators miraculous masterpiece of creation.

This brings me to the topic of Celestial Slumber – I often mention to women in our community that the extreme tiredness they may be experiencing over the past few weeks and may feel after Temple is due to the amount of light they are receiving.

When one experiences this level of tiredness for seemingly no apparent reason, this is the surrounding Light that has come upon you (angels) sometimes called the reforming Light, there is a process of transformation in progress. The best thing you can do is rest and I mean literally stop and take a Kindy Nap, more gracefully put a Celestial Slumber. Think of it like this, the radiance of your Living Goddess is emerging rapidly like a new-born child and every part of your growth is vital in your full development. If you need to take a rest please take one, it is your divine responsibility to you and your world around you to do so.

Our Light is our greatest Gift we must take care of it.

Love Elizabeth.

Honesty, the best policy!

This above all: To thine own self be true, for it must follow as dost the night the day, that canst not then be false to any man (or woman).

William Shakespeare

Version 2

I have been very focused lately about the importance of being honest with one’s self. We often expect others to be totally honest with us, but don’t necessarily ask if we are being honest with our self. What is our inner truth saying to us?

I have been doing a small experiment around this idea, which has proven to be a useful tool around these kinds of honesty issues.

This is what I do; before I go off on a complaining tangent about how someone hasn’t been totally honest with me,

  • I stop and ask myself. “When prior to this issue or challenge wasn’t I totally honest with myself?”
  • The result was, that there was always a moment when my instincts or intuition told me to respond or rectify the situation.
  • But because of veiled fears attached to my conscious or unconscious mind, I find reasons to let things slide. Oh dear, don’t you hate that!

The saying goes – “There is really only One of us here anyway”.

So, I suggest that we might as well start with our self. The outcome will be, that your perception of what is going on will alter – and that’s because you have brought it to the ‘Altar’ of our true self.

Something to ponder and perhaps give the “question yourself first” idea a go. It might take a bit of practice at first because the key here is to stay objective, without any blame, which means not blaming yourself also. Simply addressing the truth for truth’s sake.

Creativity and Laughter

0008Mr

Sometimes we think being creative requires us to be disciplined and methodical, but studies have shown that being more childlike with our approach to being creative is how we get our best results. It is said that being relaxed and adopting a playful nature is what works best, its all about staying in “the realm of the imagination”

Creativity is just connecting things. When you ask creative people how they did something, they feel a little guilty because they didn’t really do it, they just saw something. It seemed obvious to them after a while. That’s because they were able to connect experiences they’ve had and synthesize new things. Steve Jobs

Creativity itself doesn’t care at all about results – the only thing it craves is the process. Learn to love the process and let whatever happens next happen, without fussing too much about it. Work like a monk, or a mule, or some other representative metaphor for diligence. Love the work. Destiny will do what it wants with you, regardless. Elizabeth Gilbert

Everybody born comes from the Creator trailing wisps of glory. We come from the Creator with creativity. I think that each one of us is born with creativity. Maya Angelou

Our August Temple de Lumiere is the month of the Divine Child archetype and also when we celebrate our creativity by having an Adorning Ceremony – here are a few very playful and creative moments.

Correct and Transform

LIGHT CENTRES A3 plain copy

Understanding the purpose of your Light & Shadow Attributes.

Your Light Attributes are always available and present in your life – unfortunately we often focus on the more Shadowy aspects of our life. The constant conflict and confusion about others, ones self, past and present situations seems to be a reoccurring event for many individuals.

What if your feelings or situations aren’t totally an issue of conflict or despair but rather an opportunity for purification? What if these scenarios’ are your opportunity to re-connect with the Absolute?

When you are challenged with a particular issue or uncomfortable feeling take time to identify with what is really going on for you.

What follows is a simple five-step process of ‘correct and transform’ – the key factor here is that your Shadow Attributes are gently or furiously bringing you closer to the Light. We often want to deny or ignore our Shadow Side but the truth is that it is an integral part of the human experience.

A divine example of Gods Left and Right hand patiently guiding you back home again. A Miracle is a shift in perception. We just need to be awake to the fact.

STEP ONE

You must maintain your connection to your Source frequently through any of these acts – meditation, prayer, contemplation and quiet time walking or sitting in nature.

STEP TWO

When an issue arises ask the question – “What or how do I really feel about this current issue or situation? Then set the intention to be healed and move beyond this limiting reality.

STEP THREE How to recognize your Shadow Attributes – What’s the issue? Example –

• Issue -“I don’t have any money coming in.” • Shadow – “It makes me feel overwhelmed and apathetic.”

STEP FOUR

Now read your list of Light and Shadow Attributes and find the Shadow Attribute that’s most strongly presenting its self – then commit to a process of ‘correct and transform’. In the above example the Light Attributes to neutralize the Shadow Attributes would be “Competent and Enthusiastic”

STEP FIVE

Do your Body Prayer of ‘Correct & Transform’- Now it is up to you to maintain your focus, acknowledge your light attributes daily and experience the benefits. Key factor – include these new Light Attributes in all that you do, in particular when in you are doing your meditations, prayers etc.

Synergy is the nature of the Creator

00070f

“The Nature Of The Creator” is what Social and Spiritual SYNERGY is made up of…. Our ability to know the Creator brings with it our ability to be like the Creator.

There is and will always be challenges with such awareness, which are divinely necessary for the growth of human beings.

Young of heart, young of mind, and young of spirit. This is the way, the wonder and the will of the way-shower. For in the nature of being “young” there is always the new.

The nature of the Creator is forever young by growing new intelligence. The nature of the Creator is in all of us — for we are all created from that nature.

We were once a light particle of the Creator, we are the Creator’s intention in motion. And we will be forever in the flow of creation because we have been born from the Light and nature of the Creator.

As human beings, we can only express a small piece of this majesty – but we are still a paradox of finite and infinite experiences. The duration of one’s life is indeed a snapshot of the nature of the Creators’ brilliance and the practice and experience of synergy is indeed the evidence.

We are a complex, collaborative display of creation that has the ability to co-create. The nature of the Creator is always emerging, creative and inclusive. And when we are able to find that formula with-in us and with others, we connect to our true nature, which is the nature of the Creator… We can be Social and Spiritual Synergy in action.
