We are experiencing an impulse to evolve…

Hello, I am Elizabeth Ellames, The Light Styer

Never before have women held so much power to shape the future. We are riding the evolutionary wave of consciousness that could change the course of history. Millions of women around the world are feeling and hearing the call to know their true feminine purpose. We want to claim our authentic power so we can co-create our lives and shape the future of our world. We are experiencing an impulse to evolve, to realize the potential of our creative gifts and talents and to make our greatest contribution to humanity. We yearn for a deep experience of love, and connection and a longing to be fully alive. We intuitively sense that we have a unique purpose and a critical role to play in shaping the future of our world.

Paradoxically, studies show that we’ve never been unhappier though. Yet, despite the amazing success and privilege we’ve gained over the past 50 years, studies continue to reveal a surprising truth: that women’s sense of happiness and well-being has actually had a steady decline since the early 1970s. For all the wonderful benefits that feminism brought women, its gain has not included personal or spiritual fulfillment. If you have feelings of subtle, yet persistent anxiety or depression in spite of the possibilities for greatness, you’re not alone.

In fact, the majority of women today experience a numbing and painful space between our greatest potential and the way that our lives actually turn up on a day-to-day basis.

Women sense the opportunity for so much more….

While we’ve gained the freedom to do, be and have anything we want, we haven’t necessarily cultivated the power to cause our lives to flourish and thrive. Rather than having arrived in Nirvana, as we’d hoped we would, we now find ourselves facing a new kind of annoyance—a new kind of problem, which seems to have no name.

We’ve been working with a masculine version of our freedom. By embracing the masculine version of power we’ve dramatically elevated our standard of living, while at the same time, severely diminishing our quality of life.

We now have more freedom, money, education, and opportunity than any other generation of women in history. Yet we often feel powerless to create those things we most value and care about: love, intimacy, connection, belonging, creativity, self-expression, aliveness, meaning, purpose, contribution and a brighter future for generations to come. We think our battle to create these things we long for is a personal failure—but it’s actually a collective problem, symptomatic of our larger evolutionary journey as women.

Our restlessness is actually our critical calling, it’s our time to rise up and lead. I truly believe we have our own internal glass ceiling, which we need to break through, actually its time to smash it and we need to do it together. It has nothing to do with men anymore and everything to do with us. It is time to find our own liberation, its time to liberate our minds and give our authority back to our hearts.

The old way was to create things that could be controlled, but uniting your light is the power to manifest through connectivity, which is way beyond control and includes those things that your heart yearns for the most – intimacy, relatedness, creative expression, authentic community, and meaningful contribution.

Here are 4 Keys to a New Style of Leadership for women.

Over the years I’ve discovered that there are four very distinct sources of feminine leadership that give access to four different kinds of confidence:

1. Confidence to change your LIFE

2. Confidence to realize your DESTINY

3. Confidence to speak and live the TRUTH

4. Confidence to transform the WORLD
